Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in our expansion strategy, focusing on integrating and consolidating the payroll and benefits functions for partnered professional services firms. In partnership with the HRIS team, you will be responsible for analyzing and leading foundational components within the scope of payroll and benefits modules of the HRMS, this position is accountable for ensuring continuing and successful delivery of functional services and data to users throughout the organization.
